1 General Provisions

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, cd33 adc reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the balances.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3 Age Restrictions

All services at cd33 adc are strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. Anyone under 21 is completely prohibited from creating an account or taking part in any betting or gaming activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳10,000 in bets must be placed to become eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

cd33 adc regularly offers various promotional offers, such as: weekly reload reward (20% bonus, up to ৳5,000, 15x wagering), slots festival bonus (50% bonus, up to ৳8,000, 20x wagering), Friday cricket bonus (30% bonus, up to ৳6,000, 18x wagering), and a special birthday gift. 5.3 Breach of Bonus Terms

If fraud is attempted in claiming a bonus, or if bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled and the account will be closed. cd33 adc reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

6 Betting and Gaming Terms

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue, the information saved in the cd33 adc system will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

cd33 adc has the authority to set odds for all sports betting, including cricket and football. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be settled in accordance with cd33 adc policy. In live betting, markets may be closed at any time.

6.3 Casino and Slots

All casino games and slots are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. If an incorrect result occurs due to a technical error on the game provider's end, the result of that round may be voided.

6.4 VIP Program

The cd33 adc VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: a portion of the week's total net losses is returned. The maximum rates by tier are 0.3% for Bronze, 0.6% for Silver, 0.9% for Gold, and 1.2% for Platinum. For example: a Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses receives ৳180 cashback.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cd33 adc platform:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person, or using another person's account
• Placing artificial or collusive bets for the purpose of obtaining bonus benefits
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated methods to manage games or bets
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users or making threats
• Impersonating cd33 adc staff or making contact under a false identity

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by cd33 adc

If these terms are violated or cd33 adc suspects unusual activity on an account, the account may be temporarily or permanently closed without notice. To appeal such a decision, contact customer service.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your own account, submit a request to cd33 adc customer service via live chat or email. Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited, but the original deposit balance may be withdrawn.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there have been no transactions for 12 months or more. cd33 adc will send a separate notice regarding inactive accounts.
